Inspiration came to Lincoln HS (No Grade Taken for this)

Two friends (and former bosses) of mine, Joe Scheible and Jeff Smith came to school all day Wednesday to give inspiration to my students. Joe donated a laptop that I am giving to my highest scoring student on next weeks mid-term exam. Jeff gave a tremendously inspirational presentation to each of my classes. Jeff taught the students that because of the Internet, 1) The world is flat (distance is no longer an issue); 2) There is more opportunity to take advantage of; 3) There are more machines (computer devices) on the Web than there are people (and there are a lot of people). The students were riveted to Jeff's every word, and many are studying hard to win Joe's laptop.
